The Noblesville Millers jumped out to an early lead over North Central and took home a 12-2 victory on Friday.
The Millers scored on a single by Julia Furiak, an error, a single by Maddie Taylor, a single by Shea Sterrett, and a single by Abby Brown in the first inning.
Baily Ryan earned the win for Millers, allowing two hits and two runs over three and two-thirds innings, striking out three. Kira Thomas threw one and one-third innings in relief out of the bullpen.
T Sickles took the loss for North Central, surrendering twelve runs on fifteen hits over four and two-thirds innings, striking out three.
Noblesville hit one home run on the day; Ella White went for the long ball in the third inning.
The Millers saw the ball well, racking up fifteen hits in the game. White, Furiak, Taylor, and Emily Minett all collected multiple hits for Noblesville. White went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead the Millers in hits. Rylie Moore led the Millers with three stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with nine stolen bases.
