Although the Millers had a rough start to the game, trying to get the sleep out of their eyes for this early Saturday morning tilt, they were able to come away victorious. The first half didn’t see too many quality chances from either side. In the second half, a great combination play between Braden Cofer and Spencer Holland allowed Drew Barnes to post up right in front of the Pike goal. Spencer Holland slotted a ball across and Drew Barnes left no doubt, hitting a rocket, upper 90 to the near post. The Millers held on for the win, despite the Red Devils high pressure. This brings the Millers record to 6-5-1, which is the first time they have been above .500 all season. They look to continue this winning streak on the road against Franklin Central on Tuesday night.
