Varsity Competition Cheerleading · Miller Cheerleaders are Back to Back State Champions!

The Millers are State Champions once again!

The Noblesville Millers Varsity Cheerleaders won the Division A State Championship on Saturday, November 4 at the Indiana High School Cheerleading Championship in New Castle, successfully defending their 2016 State Title!

Noblesville defeated eight other programs in Division A in their title defense.

The road to State for the Millers began in late September when the team placed 1st at the New Palestine Dragon Dual Competition. In October, the Millers again captured 1st place honors at the Get On Track Competition in Mackey Arena at Purdue University and followed it up with a 2nd place victory at the Central Indiana Cheer Competition at Pendleton Heights High School.

The State Preliminaries put the Millers against fourteen other teams, each competing against each other for nine coveted spots in the State Finals.

The Black and Gold saved their best performance for the Finals and brought home another 1st place finish!

The Miller Cheerleaders become the third athletic program at Noblesville High School to claim back to back State Championships. Girls Golf won State Championships in 1986 & 1987, and Boys Golf won in 1998 & 1999.
