Noblesville Millers Varsity Falls In Back-And-Forth Affair Against Hamilton Southeastern
Even though Noblesville Millers Varsity and Hamilton Southeastern both had their opportunities, it was Hamilton Southeastern that eventually prevailed 6-5 on Saturday. The game was tied at five with Hamilton Southeastern batting in the top of the eighth when Dalton Hutchinson doubled off of Clay Holzworth, driving in one run.
Noblesville Millers Varsity evened things up at five in the bottom of the sixth inning. Alex Cleverly’s sac fly scored one run for Noblesville Millers Varsity.

Dalton Hutchinson earned the win for Hamilton Southeastern. He threw three and two-thirds innings, allowing one run, one hit, and striking out four. Clay Holzworth took the loss for Noblesville Millers Varsity. He tossed two-thirds of an inning, allowing one run, two hits, and walking zero.
Reese Sharp started the game for Noblesville Millers Varsity. He pitched four innings, giving up five runs, nine hits, and striking out two. Grayson Riekhof started the game for Hamilton Southeastern. He tossed four and a third innings, giving up four runs, three hits, and striking out six.
DJ Owens, Gillian, Cleverly, and Bryce Masterson each collected one hit to lead Noblesville Millers Varsity.
Hamilton Southeastern had 12 hits in the game. Hutchinson, Daftari, and Jacob Garcia each collected multiple hits for Hamilton Southeastern. Hutchinson led Hamilton Southeastern with four hits in five at bats.
