Meet Recap

The Noblesville Millers varsity girls track team had a great evening at the IHSAA Regional Meet at Lafayette Jefferson on Tuesday; advancing members of their team onto the State Finals.

– The 4x800m Relay team bettered their State best by setting a new Regional Record (9:14). Susanna Sharples-Gordon, Abi Little, Kat Dombroski, and Maria Anderson will attempt to repeat their Indoor State Championship.

Doubling to the State Finals will be Maria Anderson, Susanna Sharples-Gordon, and Abi Little.
– Maria placed 2nd in the 400m Dash.
– Susanna doubled back with a 4th place finish in the 800m Run.
– Abi Little won the prestigious 1600m Run. What a great race it was. Abi pulled away from the field in the last 150 meters.

Shelby Tyler will make her second State finals appearance as she placed 2nd in the High Jump.

These girls will represent Noblesville at the IHSAA State Finals on Saturday, June 3rd at Indiana University in Bloomington. Meet time is at 3:00 p.m.
